Job summary

LifeNet Health in Virginia Beach seeks a Donor Review Coordinator to support tissue donation operations. You will compile donor chart documents, review recovery records, lab analyses, and medical examiner reports for FDA and AATB compliance.

You will ensure records are ready for review, enter data into donor charts and systems, coordinate with the Medical Director, QA staff, and other stakeholders, and apply LEAN principles to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with healthcare-related experience.
• Experience in health care settings and documentation is preferred.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and reviews donor chart documents, lab analyses, and medical records for FDA/AATB compliance.
• Ensures records are complete and ready for review by the Medical Director and QA staff.
• Performs data entry in donor charts and systems and supports process improvements using LEAN.
