Job summary

World Relief seeks a Portfolio Development Manager to unite home-office strategy with regional office operations, driving donor development and church partnerships. You will steer private fundraising, manage campaigns, and align office plans with World Relief’s mission.

You will coach staff, build major donor pipelines, and ensure messaging is consistent with brand guidelines while leveraging CRM tools for portfolio growth and resilience.
