Axonius partners with the DoD SkillBridge program to offer transitioning military service members a structured fellowship designed to launch a career in corporate cybersecurity account management. As a Technical Support Engineer Fellow, you will train with senior team members to resolve complex technical challenges for enterprise customers and act as a frontline liaison between clients and internal teams.

Active-duty military service member approved to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program within the final 180 days of service.
Operational background in military IT, communications, cyber operations, or related technical domain.
Ability to document, report and communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

Learn to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents across the Axonius platform.
Manage a live customer ticket queue in Zendesk and own cases end-to-end.
Create and maintain internal/external knowledge in Confluence; draft SOPs and AARs.
Escalate and coordinate with Engineering, TAM, and Product teams as needed.
