Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a motivated SkillBridge Intern with a STEM background to join our team. The program targets transitioning service members, offering hands-on civilian work experience and mentorship to bridge the gap to civilian careers in Technology, Software, and Cybersecurity.

Selected interns will work with experienced professionals, contribute to key business initiatives, and gain practical experience while continuing military compensation and benefits during the 180-day program.

Qualifications

• Active duty service members eligible for SkillBridge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in Technology/Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling & Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on background and expertise.
• Gain experience in technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
