• Ticket Management & Case Ownership: Manage a live Zendesk queue and strive for one-touch resolution from report to close.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain knowledge base articles in Confluence.
• Escalation & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Write detailed escalation notes and coordinate with Engineering, TAM, and Product teams.
