Active duty service members eligible for SkillBridge can participate for up to 180 days, with DoD continuing military pay and benefits. This program emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and practical industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty service member and eligible for the SkillBridge program.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willing to apply military experiences to civilian careers in Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.
• STEM degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to completion of projects, including research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, offering input based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience in specific technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
