Vets2PM LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Business Systems Analyst for the DoD SkillBridge Internship. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams to implement effective improvements.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, SDLC/Agile familiarity, and excellent communication. The internship offers mentorship, training resources, and exposure to DoD and federal contracting

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis methodologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for system enhancements.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Support system testing with test cases and results validation.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and standards.
• Provide ongoing system support and issue resolution.
• Assist in change management, including user training and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
