Job summary

En Gedi Construction in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the PM team in reviewing, drafting, and administering construction projects. This SkillBridge internship is designed to develop core project management competencies under industry mentors.

You will shadow the Project Manager, complete training, assist with scheduling, budgeting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination, with emphasis on safety, QC, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
• Ability to build productive professional relationships and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Project Manager to learn daily duties.
• Complete assigned training classes and assist with tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Support administration and improvement of management tools.
• Contribute to safety, QC, and documentation oversight.
• Coordinate meetings with team members and stakeholders.
• Organize and track project performance metrics.
• Identify risks and support mitigation and closeout activities.
