The role is remote and part-time, reporting to the Director of Operations, with responsibility for compliant, timely submissions across SeaPort-NxG and CSO channels.

The ideal candidate brings DoW RFP and SeaPort experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple contributors in a remote, project-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced in responding to DoW RFPs with compliant proposals.
• Hands-on SeaPort-NxG task order proposal submissions.
• Experience with CSO solicitations and responses.
• Ability to lead full proposal lifecycle with tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in solicitation analysis, matrices, and color-team reviews.
• Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle for federal and DoD opportunities from review to submission.
• Analyze solicitations and build compliant outlines, matrices, and templates.
• Lead kickoff, schedules, and coordinate writers, SMEs, pricing, and partners.
• Plan color-team reviews and manage revisions to final submissions.
• Write and shape non-technical sections with a persuasive narrative.
• Handle SeaPort-NxG task order responses per vehicle instructions.
• Prepare responses to CSO solicitations, including white papers and full proposals.
• Ensure documents are compliant, formatted, and submitted on time via portals.
• Maintain proposal artifacts and reusable content libraries.
