Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to support the Federal programs portfolio, reporting to the Director, Global Supply Chain. The role spans the procurement cycle from NDA and teaming agreements to negotiation, evaluation, and closeout of subcontracts with suppliers and partners.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and price analysis, with the ability to collaborate across Contracts, Finance, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years' experience, or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience awarding and managing subcontracts in CPSR/FAR/DFARS.
• Proven negotiation skills to maximize value and manage risk.
• Experience leading subcontracts proposals and multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to obtain US DoD security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Create moderate to complex RFPs in accordance with government and Leidos requirements.
• Negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct price and cost analysis.
• Negotiate pricing and terms/conditions with subcontractors.
• Administer subcontracts of varying types and complexity.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering and Finance.
