Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking a highly motivated Capture Manager to develop strategies for winning business within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities. This fully remote position demands an organized individual with a strong grasp of government acquisition processes and competitive landscapes. Responsibilities include leading capture plans, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance. Candidates must be adept in communication, capable of multitasking, and familiar with Federal contracting requirements. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, CFR regulations and laws.
• Must understand DoD/military culture.
• Prior military experience supporting DoD customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities across the DoD and IC.
• Lead development and implementation of the Capture Plan.
• Monitor and analyze competitive landscape.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies.
