Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CLM solutions. You will work with stakeholders to streamline contract processes, automate workflows, and integrate CLM with other systems, including Salesforce.

This remote role is open to qualified applicants in the United States, with flexibility for a healthy work-life balance. You will lead demonstrations, mentor junior consultants, and create technical documentation while staying current with DocuSign

Qualifications

• Experience in DocuSign CLM workflow development and template creation.
• Proficiency in CLM repository management and data governance.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for system eForm and email templates.
• Basic C# programming within CLM workflows.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST concepts.
• Preferred: contract management or legal operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving, independent and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates.
• Manage CLM repositories and governance.
• Handle CLM data tasks including migration and metadata.
• Create user-friendly HTML forms and templates.
• Configure CLM admin settings for performance.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with Salesforce or other systems.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation of CLM customizations and integrations.
• Train junior consultants and conduct reviews.
• Keep up with DocuSign CLM features and industry trends.
