Cognizant is seeking a Senior DocuSign CLM Consultant for a remote role open to qualified applicants in Minneapolis, MN. You will design, implement, and optimize DocuSign CLM solutions, working closely with stakeholders to streamline contract processes and automate workflows.

You will handle integrations, data governance, and template design, while mentoring junior consultants and staying current with CLM features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with DocuSign CLM workflow development and template creation.
• Proficient in CLM repository management and data governance.
• HTML basics for eForms and email template development.
• C# programming basics relevant to CLM workflows.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM API integration and REST concepts.
• Preferred in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong problem solving and independent work ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present and lead client engagements.
• Detail-oriented with high quality deliverables.
• Able to adapt to a remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize DocuSign CLM workflows and templates to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage CLM repository structures and governance processes.
• Handle CLM data management tasks including document migration and integration.
• Create user-friendly form designs using HTML and CLM features.
• Configure CLM administration settings to optimize performance.
• Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems via CLM connectors and API.
• Lead technical CLM demonstrations during client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM issues.
• Collaborate with DocuSign support for best practices.
• Maintain system maintenance and updates for reliability and security.
• Document CLM customizations and integrations.
