Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a motivated Documentation Specialist to lead process documentation during a re-organization, including SOP development and leadership handbook creation. This full-time remote role supports a 6-month engagement with potential extension.

You will build a centralized documentation repository, map workflows, analyze financial procedures, and prepare stakeholder communications to drive adoption and minimize resistance to the new model. Some onsite work may follow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience documenting processes during organizational change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and stand up a centralized documentation repository.
• Document functions and responsibilities for new org components.
• Review and standardize SOPs and inter-office procedures.
• Map processes and key workflows for transition readiness.
• Analyze and improve complex financial procedures and documentation.
