Job summary

HFF is seeking a Documentation Specialist in San Diego to turn chaos into clear, actionable backlog and own a slice of our mission end to end. You will work in a remote-first environment with supportive colleagues.

Bring at least 3 years of documentation experience, a collaborative mindset, strong delegation and leadership, and curiosity about customer needs. We offer parental leave and a tools stipend to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in documentation or related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Convert chaos into a backlog that is actionable.
• Streamline routine tasks using Relationship Building.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices.
• Own one slice of HFF's mission end to end.
• Read customer needs in San Diego and respond.
• Show tradeoffs clearly so decisions can be weighed.
• Identify patterns in feedback from San Diego customers.
• Maintain CA operations while rebuilding components.
