Job Overview :
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Travel Advisor to assist clients in securing hotel accommodations for leisure and group travel. In this role, you will work directly with travelers to match them with the right properties based on their preferences, budget, and itinerary. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and enjoys providing helpful, professional travel support from a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Consult with clients to understand their lodging needs, preferences, and budget
Research, recommend, and book hotel accommodations through approved platforms
Manage booking details including confirmations, upgrades, and special requests
Communicate clearly with clients regarding terms, policies, and changes
Provide post-booking support for modifications or cancellations as needed
Stay informed on hotel promotions, amenities, and destination options
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
Requirements :
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online booking systems
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
