Ali Aydi is seeking an Examiner Technician 2 with the Arizona Department of Economic Security in Phoenix. The role involves preparing client eligibility documents, indexing and uploading to the FAA's DMS, and ensuring accurate processing via HEAplus and OnBase systems.

The position offers a possible remote arrangement within Arizona and requires strong document management, customer service, and bilingual translation capability as needed.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of program rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Computer software programs: Word, Excel, Google Suite/Docs/Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Review documents/applications and ensure they are completed and properly indexed.
• Upload documents to FAA’s Document Management System and validate scanned items.
• Set alerts and manage notices; translate documents as needed and route cases.
• Handle intake, calls, and translations; assist with documenting and routing to queues.
• May supervise workflow and assist with training staff and data gathering.
