Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal statutes, laws, rules, and regulations governing public assistance programs.
• Operational analysis and evaluation techniques and methods.
• Ability to evaluate NA eligibility determinations and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis and evaluations of management organization, methods, and procedures.
• Prepares tables, charts, graphs, and data summaries for reports and presentations.
• Studies organization and method processes, reads laws/regulations, and prepares improvement recommendations.
• Observes workflows, analyzes resources, and makes determinations for process improvement.
