Job summary

Department of Economic Security (DES) seeks a Service Desk Analyst to provide help desk support for web-based and mainframe applications used by CCSD staff, employers, and the public. The role includes troubleshooting, ticketing, and timely resolution of incidents while ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

The position offers a remote work option within Arizona and requires an Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years of IT experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years IT work experience or equivalent required.
• Experience with help desk and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot web-based and mainframe problems and document resolutions.
• Open, monitor, and close tickets; communicate status to users and teams.
• Research and analyze production issues to determine improvements.
• Monitor system reports and resolve production inconsistencies.
• Assist in project design by documenting requirements and test outcomes.
