Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of docketing experience in a law firm environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules and procedures.
• Experience using docketing or calendaring systems such as CourtAlert is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and monitor all critical dates, deadlines, and events for litigation matters in accordance with court rules.
• Review and analyze court filings and orders to ensure accurate docket entries.
• Maintain and update the firm’s docketing database with accurate data.
• Distribute daily and weekly docket reports to attorneys and staff.
• Research and interpret procedural rules to confirm correct deadlines.
