Job summary

Thompson Coburn LLP in St. Louis seeks a full-time non-exempt Docket Clerk to join the Firm’s centralized Docketing team. You will enter and maintain calendar activities in CompuLaw and ensure accuracy and timeliness of docket entries, supporting legal teams across practices.

Based in the St. Louis office, the role offers a training period with a path to a hybrid-remote schedule. Ideal candidates have legal industry experience, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail in

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of legal industry experience preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into centralized docketing system to generate due dates and reminders.
• Analyze incoming correspondence and notices related to open cases.
• Prepare timely customized reports and resolve inaccuracies.
• Quality control all docketing entries for accuracy prior to release.
• Maintain active case lists of pending matters in various courts.
