You will review SWOs, coordinate delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to maintain accurate records and efficient order flow while upholding payer requirements and policy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years in DMEPOS wound care or medical logistics.
• Working knowledge of SWO, LCDs, and CMS/payer compliance.
• Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.

• Manage DME orders end-to-end from intake to follow-up.
• Provide order status updates across the DMEPOS workflow.
• Review SWOs to ensure compliance with wound care, product requirements, LCDs, CMS, and audits.
