Job summary

Broadway Ventures, a United States-based firm, is seeking candidates for a temporary 6-month role that is 100% remote. Compensation is $22 per hour with training provided.

Responsibilities include prioritizing workload, using OnBase and MAS to record and upload documents, and coordinating with management on process improvements. Minimum qualifications: HS diploma or GED, 6 months’ experience, and basic data entry and MS Office/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ work-related experience.
• Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and reprioritizes workload while managing time effectively.
• Accurately and confidentially records documents and other information using OnBase, the shared system and/or MAS.
• Orders documentation from external stakeholders.
• Indexes documentation within OnBase.
• Creates and uploads case files in OnBase to ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicates with management regarding process improvements or trends.
