Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a DME Coordinator to oversee daily DME program operations, ensure productive performance, and maximize patient outcomes through robust processes and staff support. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with offices and vendors.

The position requires healthcare experience, strong data skills, and proficiency with MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related experience in a healthcare setting.
• Fluent knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and industry rules.
• Understanding of diverse business functions including supply chain, finance and customer service.
• Experience with data analysis and operations metrics.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and ICD-10.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.
• Capable of calculations, problem solving and reasoning.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and production/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supports staff throughout the organization and provides feedback.
• Monitors DME inventory and orders to maintain par-levels.
• Executes DME dispensing processes and improves customer satisfaction.
• Educates patients and staff on product use and outcomes per provider and manufacturer guidance.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicates with offices regarding DME prior authorizations.
• Meets with vendors and conducts in-services for providers.
• Coordinates DME workflow from order to charge entry.
• Obtains necessary documentation for payer requirements.
• Dispenses DME to patients and conducts test fittings as needed.
• Educates patients on insurance provisions, financial responsibility, and patient portions.
• Maintains productivity and updates reports as directed.
• Checks work email regularly and completes trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
