Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Provide technical direction to staff and mentor team members.
• Promote Abbott Diagnostics Division (ADD) product and image by delivering superior service and support to customers.
• Ensure records and data are properly collected and maintained per the quality system requirements.
• Work within and monitor the budget to support operations and cost control.
• Coordinate with service, support and sales to align goals and resources.
• Analyze trends and customer issues to propose process improvements.
