Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking a District Manager II to lead strategic territory management, develop dealer strategies, and optimize sales performance within an assigned territory. This remote role collaborates with dealers, communicates market needs, and drives dealer training and promotions to achieve market share goals.

Responsibilities include conducting Sales and Action Plan meetings, analyzing data, and guiding cross-functional teams to support dealer growth. Travel approx. 75% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to expand sales territories and achieve targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with dealers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer and market needs with company capabilities.
• Lead dealer performance through quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings.
• Analyze sales data and guide strategic adjustments to drive growth.
• Design and deliver dealer training programs and promotions.
