Erie Insurance is seeking a remote Senior DSM to recruit, train and guide agents across Indiana counties including Clark, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Floyd, Gibson, Harrison, Jefferson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Orange, Perry, Pike, Posey, Scott, Spencer, Switzerland, Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Washington. The role focuses on leadership, underwriting discipline, and growth.

A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred; three years of sales/underwriting/marketing experience or DSM training is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of sales, underwriting, claims or marketing experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience or DSM Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, presents and sells ERIE Agency Career to Agents and producers.
• Trains and develops independent Agents to be self-supporting.
• Oversees underwriting practices and customer service issues.
• Maintains knowledge of ERIE products and directs sales initiatives at district level.
• Provides ongoing communications and supports Agent relationships.
