Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to drive aftermarket parts performance across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and surrounding states. You will partner with dealers, implement programs, and grow parts sales while aligning with corporate standards.

This remote role requires regional travel and relocation consideration within the territory. The position offers a competitive salary, annual bonus potential, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA +8 years of professional experience (or 3 years direct relevant experience) or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organization and with cross-functional areas.
• Ability to travel 50% or more required.
• Working knowledge of DTNA\'s Paragon parts system, Salesforce, Tableau, Excelerator, and SKUgle.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at the dealers/distributor level.
• Initiate innovative methods to change dealer/distributor behavior to meet national aftermarket standards of parts performance.
• Conduct operations audits and provide recommendations for corrective action based on formal analysis of results.
• Establish harmonious relationship between Dealer/Distributor Principal and Parts Manager to enhance acceptance of corporate programs.
• Work closely with Dealer Principal to maintain total dealer/distributor commitment to aftermarket parts objectives.
• Provide headquarters staff with ongoing field intelligence on program effectiveness, market trends, and end-customer behavior.
• Provide management advice to dealer/distributor personnel to realize marketing and financial goals in parts.
• Actively promote and support headquarters training programs and deliver on-site training as required.
• L4 DPM responsibilities include managing a large territory with ~30 locations.
