Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review materials used on projects to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
• Evaluate and approve mix designs and coordinate decisions with district leadership.
• Monitor quality control plans and test results for asphalt, concrete, and aggregate materials.
• Attend preplacement meetings and provide technical guidance during construction activities.
• Promote safe work practices and respond to identified hazards or incidents.
• Supervise inspectors, approve administrative requests, and support employee training needs.
