Job summary

Bonterra Organic Estates / Viña Concha y Toro USA seeks a District Manager based in Texas to grow the VCT-USA portfolio in the Houston area and surrounding markets, including Oklahoma. You will manage daily wine-brand activity in the distributor network across on- and off-premise accounts.

The role is remote with 10–15% overnight travel; requires strong relationships with retailers and distributors and a strategic market activation focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field with 2–5 years wine and spirits sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive market-level sales activation and key brand programs.
• Build relationships with top retail accounts and distributors.
• Coordinate market work-withs and sales blitzes with distributor teams.
• Provide market performance recaps and identify execution gaps.
• Ensure pricing and program compliance with VCT-USA standards.
• Be present in market 85–90% and sell against brand programs.
