Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Irving, TX is seeking a high-energy District Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants, drive sales execution, manage supplier relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the designated region.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling into on- and off-premise accounts, and 2+ years of managerial experience within the spirits or wine industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years in the spirits or wine industry.
• 2+ years of managerial experience with a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants and Merchandisers in the designated region.
• Drive sales execution and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence across the region.
• Manage accounts, provide sales goals, and monitor performance.
• Recruiting for new talent and onboarding of staff.
