Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a District Manager (Remote) to drive profitable sales growth across a regional set of stores and to own the district’s financial results. You will lead and develop the store management team to support regional and company strategies and ensure customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, developing talent, communicating financial objectives, and partnering with Loss Prevention. Travel to stores is required as needed to achieve district goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of multi-unit retail experience.
• Driver’s license required.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to meet district and regional goals.
• Communicate business and financial objectives clearly.
• Develop a district sales strategy for profitable growth.

• Ensure brand visual standards are consistently applied.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to manage shrink and LP compliance.
• Develop associates and drive performance across the district.
