Brava is seeking an Account Manager to support our distributor network with a focus on relationship-building, proactive communication, and operational coordination. You will manage inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and ongoing account needs, acting as a trusted partner to distributors.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Production to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate Salesforce records, and ongoing distributor growth in the roofing/building materials sector.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service, account coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and distributor relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while independently managing assigned accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor accounts within the assigned Territory, supporting inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and ongoing account needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors by delivering responsive communication and proactive support.
• Act as a trusted partner and advocate for distributors, helping resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Conduct regular account check-ins and business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for continued success.
• Maintain accurate account activity and customer records within Salesforce, including communications, order history, and support interactions.
