Allegion is seeking a Distributor Relationship Manager for Stanley Access Technologies—a remote Connecticut role focusing on building strong distributor relationships across North America and internationally. You will manage orders, communications, and product updates, partnering with sales and service teams to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 3-5 years of account/customer management experience.
• Experience with order management system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook email, etc.)
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate initiative and willingness to overcome challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting or individually as may be required.
• Must be able to balance multiple priorities in a high call volume environment while maintaining professional and courtesy customer interactions.
• Ability to recognize and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Interact and build positive relationships with North American and International Distributors.
• Handle calls, emails, web and fax transactions to support KPIs.
• Liaise with sales, distributors, and service personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Improve and manage customer communication flow on promotions and product information.
• Update, maintain, and analyze customer account profiles.
• Be an involved business partner and take ownership with good judgment.
