The Distribution Analyst II supports daily distributions operations, trains entry-level staff, and ensures accurate processing and QA across internal teams and the offshore group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retirement industry experience is required.
• Experience with Salesforce and Relius preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve level I transactions for accuracy and quality.
• Provide training for level I analysts.
• Act as second in command to Distributions Team Lead when needed.
• Process various distribution types including loans and excess contributions with accuracy.
