• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools preferred.
• SQL proficiency required; familiarity with API integrations and data connectivity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Document business processes, workflows, technical diagrams, and data flows.
• Prioritize multiple work scopes to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners for implementations.
• Support testing enhancements, bug fixes, and new features against requirements.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
• Create and maintain documentation for self-service and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
