You will partner with EPRI leadership and utility executives to shape best practices, guiding thought-leading outputs and industry education. The role centers on coordinating cross-utility collaboration, managing meetings, and delivering value to over 60 member utilities.

Qualifications

• Deep subject-matter expertise in electric distribution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management across utilities.
• Excellent communication, drafting white papers and meeting materials.
• Project management.
• Experience leading technical working groups across utilities.
• High organizational skills for calendars, manuscripts, decision papers, and governance processes.
• 10+ years electric distribution utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Forum Leadership & Strategy: Execute the DxF strategic plan with DxF leadership; set priorities for leading-practice development, peer reviews, and education.
• Practice Group & Work-Product Oversight: Oversee leads; ensure timely development and publication of leading practices and papers.
• Member Engagement & Growth: Maintain relationships with member utilities, advisors, and Practice Group reps.
• Meetings & Events: Plan and facilitate DxF meetings, including Executive Committee and Leaders Council.
• Communications & Administration: Coordinate DxF communications, budgets, and repositories.
