Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical engineering preferred) or related work experience.
• Seven years of distribution engineering and/or equivalent experience, including at least three years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for DER integration processes across all service territories to ensure safe and reliable distribution operation.
• Advocates for DER integration policies and advises on rules to support company strategy.
• Promotes teamwork, safety, and customer-focused development of personnel.
• Coordinates unit activities with internal and external organizations to meet corporate objectives and customer needs.
• Manages budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for the unit.
