Actalent is seeking a Distribution Engineer to join the Distribution Department in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing overhead and underground distribution lines from 4 kV to 69 kV and developing URD, re-conductor and asset replacement projects in both urban and rural settings.

The role requires experience with JETS software, coordinating design teams, and ensuring compliance with client quality standards.

• JETS software experience required.
• Ability to coordinate small design teams and manage project scope.

Mansioni

• Design and review overhead and underground distribution lines from 4 kV to 69 kV.
• Develop overhead, URD, re-conductoring and asset replacement projects, and underground cable/conduit work packages.
• Design distribution projects in urban and rural environments per client specs, perform engineering calculations, and identify conflicting utilities.
• Coordinate small design teams to develop budgets, scoping documents, and project deliverables.
• Provide engineering assistance during construction and attend construction meetings and outreach as needed.
• Identify and initiate corrective action when project objectives are not met.
• Interpret codes and develop construction standards.
• Promote engineering professionalism and standards.
• Develop and implement plans with scheduling, resources, and information for complex projects.
• JETS software experience required.
