Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical programs across multiple organizations.
• Experience managing technical programs with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year program direction, define strategy, and roadmap.
• Shape technical strategy with engineers and architects, exposing scaling limits and tradeoffs.
• Connect engineering investments to business outcomes with product and finance partners.
• Own execution across organizations with integrated delivery and accountable to readiness and adoption.
• Drive executive alignment, write concise decision documents, and secure commitments.
• Identify systemic risks and lead corrective programs across services.
