Ladders is seeking a Distinguished, Technical Program Manager to drive strategy and end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical initiatives in a global retail environment. The role collaborates with senior engineers and architects to shape direction, remove friction, and translate priorities into execution plans.

You will influence executive and board-level stakeholders while strengthening the TPM discipline across the organization. This is a remote position with substantial impact.

Qualificações

• 15+ years leading complex strategic programs in technical environments, including 2+ years at a senior IC level.
• Expertise in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design.

For our client, we are seeking a Distinguished, Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will drive the strategy and end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year technical initiatives in a large, globally scaled retail environment. The position partners closely with senior engineers and architects to shape technical direction, remove organizational friction, and turn ambiguous priorities into clear execution paths. You will also influence executive and board-level stakeholders while strengthening the TPM discipline across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $169,000 – $338,000 annually
