Bolsterbiz India Llp is a US-based fintech company seeking a contract-based Customer Support Specialist to assist US customers with dispute resolution. The role centers on resolving concerns via scheduled video calls, adhering to approved scripts, and maintaining accurate records.

You will handle calls calmly, professionally, and with a clear English voice, following confidentiality requirements while supporting settlement discussions and escalation where needed.

Formación

• 1.5+ years in a US customer-facing voice role.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Able to follow scripts while sounding natural.
• Note-taking and basic computer skills (Zoom, Google Workspace or MS Office).
• Available for 24x7 US-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled video calls with US customers to resolve their concerns
• Follow approved scripts and processes on every call
• Keep conversations calm, respectful, and on track, including when customers are upset
• Escalate anything outside the process to the right team
• Record call outcomes accurately and on time
• Follow all confidentiality and data-handling requirements
