Alacrity Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher to manage dispatch operations across assigned coverage areas. You will assign inspections to inspectors, monitor timely completion, and communicate with customers and internal teams on status and delays.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Assign or backfill dispatches for all claims within assigned states by 6 pm daily.
• Coordinate with inspectors and customers to confirm availability and cost.
• Communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams.
• Provide guidance to new inspectors on customer guidelines and processes.
• Maintain updated fee lists and ensure inspectors charges are approved.
