Axionova Engineering Limited seeks a proactive Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to coordinate field operations and support customers remotely. You will dispatch field staff, route jobs, and communicate clearly with customers and management to ensure service excellence.

This remote role requires strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and the ability to work with diverse personalities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree relevant to position is a plus.
• Must write professionally (emails, notices, letters).
• Minimum 2 years of office customer service experience.
• Experience with pet waste cleanup, lawn maintenance, or landscaping is a plus.
• Proven loyalty to long-term employment and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our customer base.
• Sign up new customers.
• Help current customers with service accounts.
• Manage field service scheduling and routing.
• Upload routes to field staff tablets.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure proper handling.
• Communicate with service employees and management to resolve concerns.
• Represent the office at field team meetings and relay updates.
• Maintain knowledge of field work to share with management.
• Support sales, marketing and management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Process new service orders.
