Job summary

Amazon Relay Operations Center in Tempe is seeking a Transportation Specialist to resolve daily freight movement issues and keep shipments on time for North American fulfillment centers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing data, coordinating with TOM, AFP, and Fleet, and supporting drivers and carriers during disruptions. This role requires a flexible schedule, overtime as needed, and a strong phone and computer skillset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carrier and driver solutions in a high-volume center, researching and solving issues.
• Maintain schedules and adhere to start/stop shifts.
• Support surge periods and weather-related operations, including overtime.
• Use internal systems to gather data and support reporting (AAP, Reach, Decisive).
• Assist field teams by creating repair requests and monitoring execution.
