Job summary

Cox Automotive Mobility is seeking a Manager, Dispatch Follow Up to oversee the daily operations of the contact center across the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in a related field, or an equivalent combination
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members
• Monitor and coach team members on dispatch timeliness, efficiency and metrics
• Manage alerts and event monitoring software
• Ensure processes are maximized and followed
• Assist with personal development, motivation and training
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, interviews and promotions
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
• Interact with customers or vendors to resolve events
• Engage with management on wages and hours issues
• Take on other duties and projects as assigned
