Loyal Source is seeking a qualified Examiner to perform Compensation & Pension examinations for Veterans seeking VA disability benefits. You will review claims, perform focused assessments, analyze medical records, and may render medical opinions based on the record. Charting from home may be required.

Base + Incentive pay ranges from $136,864 to $166,864 annually. Travel up to 10% to other Loyal Source clinics is expected.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program and holds a valid unrestricted PA license.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant.
Experience conducting medical disability exams preferred.
Basic Life Support certification and HIPAA training.
Military familiarity preferred and strong written/verbal communication.
Analytical, detail-oriented with ethical conduct.

Responsabilités

Conduct comprehensive medical disability examinations for Veterans.
Review medical history, perform focused physical exams and assess functional impact.
Render objective medical opinions based on findings and records.
Organize workload and coordinate with QA team on examination findings.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain additional information.
Document findings in VA-aligned reports with clarity and accuracy.
Travel up to 10% to other Loyal Source clinics as needed.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
