Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Physician Assistant to conduct Compensation and Pension examinations for Veterans applying for VA disability benefits. You will review records, perform focused exams, and render objective opinions following VA guidelines.

The role supports remote/charting from home with collaboration across Loyal Source clinics and QA teams. Requires PA licensure, BLS, and 1+ year experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with an active PA license.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.
• BLS certification required, renewals included.
• Military experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P examinations with history review and focused physicals.
• Review medical records and diagnostic results for VA assessments.
• Render objective medical opinions in VA-compliant reports.
• Utilize the case management system for workload, scheduling, and QA.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.
• Document findings clearly and thoroughly in reports.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and data security.
• Travel up to 10% to support other Loyal Source clinics.
