Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Director, Workforce Planning to lead end-to-end workforce strategy for a large outpatient therapy network with 750+ locations. You will partner with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition to forecast demand, capacity, and supply, develop analytics and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable plans.

The role reports to the VP, Operations Finance and requires strong data-driven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to scale processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing workforce data from multiple sources.
• Develop, scale and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in workforce data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning initiatives.
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Lead meetings and presentations to share findings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Studies department work, vacation, and utilization for ongoing historical trend analysis and offer recommendations for forecasting purposes.
