CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Director of Workforce Planning and Management to design analytics and reporting aligned with our long-term strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams to forecast capacity, develop processes, and drive enterprise-wide workforce initiatives that support patient-centered care.

You will oversee KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform senior leadership decisions and optimize talent supply and demand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and/or workforce planning.
• Experience leading workforce planning and analytics initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise to define, develop, and deploy workforce planning strategies aligned with business strategy and mission.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations; provide KPI reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee workforce planning modeling tools, metrics, analysis, and data visualization; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align current and future workforce needs with recruiting strategies.
